Troy City Council has set a priority of communication with the public and seeks to provide ways that citizens can communicate their ideas and questions to staff. A new email address has been established for this reason. Staff encourages citizens with questions regarding any city services and/or programs to email AskStaff@troyohio.gov and a staff member will provide a response. It is helpful if citizens are willing to include their name and phone number in their email. Often times, a phone call can provide a better response.
