AMENDED  2-10-2019 TO ADD AN ITEM AND ADD A COMMITTEE
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2019, 5:00  PM

Recreation & Parks Committee  (Heath [Chm.], Oda, Terwilliger)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the recommendation of the Board of Park Commissioners and the Troy Recreation Board to  authorize the Director of Public Service and Safety to execute Treasure Island Non-Ticketed Use Agreements for two concerts at Treasure Island Park (June 29, August 3), which will include the sale/consumption of adult beverages.  
2.Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the recommendation of the Board of Park Commissioners that the renovated event/concession area be named “The Shoreline”.

Utilities Committee  (Terwilliger [Chm.], Lutz, Twiss)
1.  Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing a new agreement for the City of Troy to purchase lime from the City of Dayton for the Water Treatment Plant. The first year estimated cost is $285,000. 
2.  Provide a recommendation to Council  regarding authorizing the Director of Public Service and Safety to advertise for bids and enter  into a contract for  the replacement of the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)  system  for the Wastewater Treatment Plant at a cost not to exceed $170,000.

Finance Committee  (Kendall [Chm.], Schweser, Severt)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the recommendation of the Loan Review Committee that Council authorize a new loan to Slimline Surgical Devices, dba Canyon Run Engineering Technologies in the amount of $83,737.50.  Consideration of emergency legislation requested.
2. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding adjusting fees related to the Cemetery Department.

Personnel Committee  (Severt [Chm.] Kendall, Twiss)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding  authorizing the positions of Director of Public Service and Safety and City Auditor to be appointees to the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization Troy Reinvestment Fund.  Consideration of emergency legislation is  requested.
