Finance Committee   (Kendall [Chm.] Schweser, Severt)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing the Director of Public Service and Safety to submit a Surface Transportation Program (STP) grant application to MVRPC for the East Main Street Reconstruction Project Phase 1, which application commits the City to paying for no greater than 25 percent of the total street reconstruction project.  Consideration of emergency legislation is requested to submit the application without delay. 

2. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing the Director of Public Service and Safety to submit an application for  a Target of Opportunity Grant  with the Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA) regarding the building owned by Troy Community Works at 1-3 E. Main Street.  Consideration of emergency legislation is requested to submit the application without delay. 

Community & Economic Development  (Twiss [Chm.], Kendall, Schweser)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the annexation filed for 21.8232 acres to the City of Troy  from Concord Township.  Annexation filed by Gregory and Julie Heilers (Heilers Annexation), with the property located off Washington Road.  To be considered:
  A. Statement of municipal services to be provided to the area proposed for annexation, 
  B. Statement of buffering related to incompatible uses,
  C. Acceptance

Consideration of emergency legislation is requested as the City is required to provide the above to the County within 20 days of the filing of the annexation, which was October 10.
