The City of Troy, Division of Engineering aspires to direct,
design, and perform its duties with the highest regard to
achieving efficiency and quality. We support this vision through
dedicated employees working each day to ensure the highest level
of quality in construction projects throughout the City of Troy.
Combining dedication, experience, education, and technology it
is our goal to maintain Troy as a distinctive city today, and
well into the 21st century.
The engineering team works with citizens and
all city agencies in regard to traffic operation, right of way
issues, streets, sidewalks, curbs, pavement management,
drainage, utilities, communication, and emergency operations. We
work closely with planners, contractors, and various state and
local agencies.
Our offices are located on the
second floor of City Hall at 100 South Market Street in downtown
Troy. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00
p.m.
