NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE TROY
CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING ZONING CODE TO CREATE A NEW
SUBSECTION
REGARDING HEARING OF APPEALS FROM
ORDINANCE SECTIONS RELATED
TO FENCES
On Monday, June 2, 2008, at
7:00 p.m., the Council of the City of Troy, Ohio, will
hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Code, to
establish Section 1000.13920 (G) that would provide jurisdiction for
the Board of Zoning Appeals to hear and decide all matters related
to appeals and variances from Section 521.07 of the Codified
Ordinances related to fences.
This hearing will be part of the Troy City Council
meeting, and will take place in Council Chambers, second floor, City
Hall, Troy, Ohio.
