10K Classic Run

The Strawberry Festival 10K Classic Run will begin at 8:30 a.m. on June 2, 2002.

This is one of the top 10K races in the area with more than 400 participants last year on this USATF certified course.

Advance registration is $13.00 (no T-shirt)
Advance registration with T-shirt is $15.00 (if registered by May 25).
Late or same-day registration is $15.00 (no t-shirt).
Packet pickup is Race Day starting at 6:30 a.m. at Troy Memorial Stadium.

Bananas, sports drinks, and Fulton Farms strawberries will be provided as refreshments; restrooms and showers will be available.

Awards are presented in the following areas:
    Unique award to top 3 overall male and female
    Top 3 deep in each age group
    Top 3 Clydesdale and Athena division
    Top male master & female master
    Overall wheel chair

There will be a $100 cash prize for a male and/or female course record.
The current male record was set by Scott Wenger with a time of 31:19.
The current female record is held by Lauren Seas with a time of 35:49.
Last year's winners were Scott Wenger (31:19) and Amy Beatty (37:35)
