 The Troy Strawberry Festival Parade will be held on Saturday, June 1st, 2002, stepping out promptly at 845 am. About 200 units will be in this parade which will make it approximately two hours long. The parade will, once again, be televised live by WHIO-TV.
Previous years parades included floats of every variety, high school marching bands, community bands, equestrian units, clowns and much, much more. This year's parade promises to be very exciting and a few surprises are in the works. Parade applications will be in the mail in late February and the entry deadline is March 30. Applications will also be available at the Strawberry Festival Office.
