Come down and learn more about the environment and culture along the Great Miami River. Fee: $2.00 per person – Registration and payment on the day of the event. Great Miami River Canoe Trip Saturday June 19, 2010 Free Registration is required – Space is limited. Trip departs from Treasure Island Boathouse. Our guides will take you on a scenic tour of the Great Miami River. Approximate time of the tour is three hours. Registration begins May 10, 2010. The Mayor’s Adventure Float Thursday July 1, 2010 6:30pm Fee: $5.00 per person $3.00 per person if you bring your own canoe or kayak. Register Early – Space is limited. Meet at the Troy Aquatic Park and we will bus you up north to the Canoe drop in point. Cookout and swim at the Troy Aquatic Park after the float. Enjoy a morning of biking and visiting the many merchants in Troy’s Downtown area. 2010 Tri Troyathlon, the Championship of the Speedy-feet Canoe Triathlon Series September 19, 2010 Will consist of a 2.5 Mile scenic canoe on the Great Miami River. Followed by a 17 mile bike leg, mostly on country roads north of Troy. Finishing with a 4 mile run, across the river and along the Great Miami River.
