The City of Troy announces water and sewer
rate increases that will become effective with a customer’s first bill
due on or after January 1, 2011. Ordinance O-28-2009 was passed on
November 16, 2009. Minimum charges based on meter size are not
increasing.

Did the rate change for bulk water purchased at
the water plant?
Yes. The monthly account fee will be $20.00 per month. The commodity
