The City of Troy Billing and Collection department is primarily responsible for administering the customer service contracting for water and sewer services from the City of Troy, OH. As the department name suggests, this encompasses the billing of the City's water and sewer service customers and collecting of the amounts due for those water and sewer services provided. Additionally, the Billing and Collection Department administers the billing and collection for some other City services including ambulance service charges, recycling program charges, bulk water, etc.
