January 26, 2010 MINUTES OF COUNCIL A special session of Troy City Council was held Tuesday, January 26, 2010, at 5:45 p.m. in Council Chambers. Members Present: Clark, Harrah, Hutchinson, Kendall, Phillips, Schweser and Stubbs. Presiding Officer: Martha A. Baker, President of Council Others Present: Michael L. Beamish, Mayor Patrick E. J. Titterington, Director of Public Service and Safety Grant D. Kerber, Director of Law Richard L. Cultice, Auditor NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL, stating that the purpose of the meeting was considering the legislative items that were on the agenda of Troy City Council for Tuesday, January 19, 2010, specifically: Resolution Numbers R-2-1010, R-3-2010, and R-4-2010 and Ordinance Numbers O-2-2010 and O-3-2010, was read and then signed by the members of Council. R-2-2010 RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE MIAMI COUNTY DEBRIS MANAGEMENT PLAN UNDER THE 2009 EMERGNECY OPERATIONS PLAN (RESOLUTION 09-11-1961) FOR THE CITY OF TROY, OHIO This Resolution was given first title reading on January 19, 2010. Given second title reading. Mr. Harrah moved for suspension of rules requiring three readings. Motion seconded by Mr. Clark. Yes: Stubbs, Kendall, Schweser, Hutchinson, Harrah, Phillips and Clark. R-3-2010 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF TROY, OHIO, TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE WEST STANFIELD ROAD PHASE 2 UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS This Resolution was given first title reading on January 19, 2010.
