December 23, 2010 MINUTES OF COUNCIL A special session of Troy City Council was held Thursday, December 23, 2010, at 7:00 a.m. in Council Chambers. Members Present: Clark, Harrah, Hutchinson, Kendall, Schweser and Stubbs. Upon motion of Mr. Harrah, seconded by Mr. Schweser, Mr. Phillips was excused from this meeting by unanimous roll call vote. Presiding Officer: Martha A. Baker, President of Council Others Present: Michael L. Beamish, Mayor Grant D. Kerber, Director of Law Richard L. Cultice, City Auditor NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING (considering Ordinance Number O-34-2010) was read and signed. (Original notice attached to original minutes.) ORDINANCE NO. O-34-2010 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. O-30-2009, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NUMBERS O-15-2010, O-17-2010, O-25-2010, AND O-28-2010, APPROPRIATING FUNDS NECESSARY FOR THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES OF THE CITY OF TROY, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR 2010 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY This Ordinance was given first title reading. Mr. Harrah moved for suspension of rules requiring three readings. Motion seconded by Mr. Schweser. Yes: Harrah, Hutchinson, Kendall, Schweser, Stubbs and Clark. No: None. Mr. Clark moved for adoption. Motion seconded by Mr. Harrah. Yes: Hutchinson, Kendall, Schweser, Stubbs, Clark and Harrah. No: None.
