Saturday, August 28, 2004...it all pays off.
President George W. Bush was met by over 20,000 supporters on the streets of Troy, Ohio. Some came as early as 3 a.m. for gates that would open hours later. They waited patiently for what they knew would be an event that they would never forget.
They were not disappointed.
The President arrived at exactly 10:30 a.m. as scheduled, and was met with great enthusiasm by his supporters.
The City of Troy was honored by the President's visit, and hopes that he took with him a feel for what Troy is all about....love of country and a genuine sense of pride in our home town.
