Mayor Michael L. Beamish, Council President Martha
Baker, Director of Public Service and Safety Patrick Titterington, and
Development Director James Dando welcome to Council Chambers a
delegation from the Global Network Foundation of South Korea. The
members of this organization are interested in establishing a
relationship with the City of Troy and the Troy Development Council,
with the future goals of expanding business opportunities in the Troy
Area, Southwest Ohio, the State of Ohio, or at the very least the United
States.
This eight member delegation is exploring the opportunities in advance
of a possible February 2009 visit by a much larger delegation of
business and trade association officials.
