The Engineering Division of the City of Troy is responsible for a wide range of projects throughout the city. The design, planning and construction of public works projects and the inspection and review of all projects public and private. |

The City of Troy, Division of Engineering aspires to direct,
design, and perform its duties with the highest regard to achieving efficiency
and quality. We support this vision through dedicated employees working each day
to ensure the highest level of quality in construction projects throughout the
City of Troy. Combining dedication, experience, education, and technology it is
our goal to maintain Troy as a distinctive city today, and well into the 21st
century. The engineering team works with citizens and all city agencies in regard to traffic operation, right of way issues, streets, sidewalks, curbs, pavement management, drainage, utilities, communication, and emergency operations. We work closely with planners, contractors, and various state and local agencies. Our offices are located on the second floor of City Hall at
100 South Market Street in downtown Troy. Office hours are Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

| CO-OP POSITION $ 10.00 Hr. The City of Troy, Ohio is currently accepting applications for the position of Engineering Aide. We generally have openings year around for quarter or semester students. The traditional office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday, but work hours are negotiable do to student schedules (not to exceed 35 hr/wk). Students in the field of Civil Engineering Technology and Surveying are encouraged to apply.
