EXTENDED TAX OFFICE HOURS AVAILABLE To better serve our residents, the City of Troy Income Tax Division will extend office hours on several dates up to the April 15th filing due date. Normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. With the April 15th filing due date fast approaching, we recommend filing as early as possible to avoid long waits for customer assistance. For those who cannot visit our office during normal business hours, extended hours are as follows: Wednesday, April 1st Open until 6 pm Wednesday, April 8th Open until 6 pm Monday, April 13th Open until 6:30 pm Tuesday, April 14th Open until 6:30 pm Wednesday, April 15th Open until 6 pm If mailing your tax return, please be sure that it is postmarked by the April 15th due date to be considered as timely filed.
