The Treasurer for the City of Troy, OH is Mr. Edward L. Cox. He was appointed effective March 1, 1998 to fill an unexpired term.

The Treasurer shall be the custodian of all moneys of the municipal corporation and shall keep the moneys in such manner and in such place as is determined by the legislative authority thereof. He shall pay out money only on warrants issued by the auditor. (ORC. 705.08)

The Treasurer is elected for a four-year term.
