The evening will feature a powerhouse double bill including multi-platinum headliners Collective Soul with special guests and rock legends Grand Funk Railroad.

  • Headlining the evening is Collective Soul, who have sold over 15 million albums worldwide and scored seven #1 singles over their 30-plus-year career, including "Shine," "December," and "The World I Know." Hot off the release of their 2024 album Here to Eternity and a celebrated new documentary, Give Me A Word: The Collective Soul Story, the band shows no signs of slowing down.
  • Affectionately known as The American Band, Grand Funk Railroad will open the evening and could not be a more fitting act for this patriotic milestone. Born in Flint, Michigan, in 1969, the band has sold more than 25 million albums and built a legacy of anthemic rock hits, including "We're an American Band," "I'm Your Captain/Closer to Home," and "Some Kind of Wonderful." Founding members Don Brewer and Mel Schacher are joined by an all-star lineup as part of their nationwide Still Shinin' On Tour 2026, delivering the same explosive energy that has packed venues for more than five decades.

The group planning this once-in-a-lifetime event includes the City of Troy, the Troy Strawberry Festival, The Troy Foundation, Troy Main Street, the Troy Chamber of Commerce, the Miami County Visitors and Convention Bureau, Troy City Schools and other amazing community partners. Attendees are encouraged to come early and enjoy the Strawberry Festival before the show for an unforgettable day of celebration.
