New Business              Reorganization of Recreation Board.

                                    Authorization of president, vice president, and secretary

                                    of the Recreation Board to sign purchase orders, invoices,

                                    and board documents.

                                    Board of Park Commissioners and Recreation Board

                                    recommend that Council authorize the Director of Public

                                    Service and Safety to enter into non-ticketed use agreements

for concert events at Treasure Island Park for summer of 2022.

2022 dates are June 24 & August 6.

Request authorization from Council to advertise for bids for roof

replacement at Hobart Arena including barrel roof, compressor/

boiler room roof and west side roof in an amount not to exceed

$670,000.
