MONDAY, JULY 27, 2020, 5:30 PM

Finance Committee                                                                  (Schweser [Chm.], Phillips, Severt)       

  1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding legislation being prepared to approve the application of Troy Laminating and Coating, Inc. to participate in the economic development  incentives of the Employee Creation Incentive Program established by Ordinance No. O-22-2020.  Consideration of emergency legislation requested.
  2. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding legislation being prepared to approve the application of Project Miner to participate in the economic development incentives of the Employee Creation Incentive Program established by Ordinance No. O-22-2020.  Consideration of emergency legislation requested.
  3. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing the accounting mechanism of a return advance of funds from the Capital Improvement Fund back to the General Fund.

Law & Ordinance Committee                                                    (Severt [Chm.], Schweser, Snee)

1.     Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the recommendation of the Troy Planning Commission to approve the final plat and dedication of right-of-way for the Fox Harbor Subdivision Section Seven.

  1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the annexation petition filed for 2.446 acres from Staunton Township (City Parcel at Rutherford Drive Annexation).  To be considered:

  1. Statement of municipal services to be provided to the area proposed for annexation,
  2. Statement of buffering related to incompatible uses,
  3. Acceptance

Consideration of emergency legislation is requested as the City is required to provide the above to the County within 20 days of the filing of the annexation with the County, which was July 23.
