Buildings & Utilities Committee (Marshall [Chm.], Twiss, Whidden)
- Provide a recommendation to Council regardingdeclaring the repair of the Cornish Road waterline an emergency as provided by ORC Section 735.051, and authorize the Director of Public Service and Safety to enter into contracts without competitive bidding for the Cornish Road Waterline Repair Project at a cost not to exceed $100,000. Consideration of emergency legislation requested.
Finance Committee (Severt [Chm.], Phillips, Rozell)
- Provide a recommendation to Council regarding recommending that legislation be prepared increasing the authorization for the Fleet Maintenance Contract for 2022 from $400,000 to $450,000 due a large repair of the jet vac. Consideration of emergency legislation is requested.
Streets & Sidewalks Committee (Phillips [Chm.], Pierce, Snee)
- Provide a recommendation to Council regarding recommending that the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) preliminary participatory legislation be prepared for the E. Main Street Resurfacing Project (Mulberry Street to the East Corporation Limit). Based on the ODOT format and the December 26 date for returning approved legislation to ODOT, consideration of emergency legislation is requested.

- Review of the 2023 Budget with Council, provide a recommendation to Council. This includes agency funding for 2023:
- Troy Main Street $ 60,000 (to be paid quarterly)
- Troy REC $ 29,000 (to be paid quarterly)
- TDC $140,000 (to be paid quarterly)
