Finance Committee (Severt [Chm.], Phillips, Rozell)
- Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the recommendation of the Loan Review Committee that a CDBG ED RLF loan to A. M. Scott Distillery, LLC in the amount of $300,000 be approved. Consideration of emergency legislation is requested so the loan can be closed without delay.
Law & Ordinance Committee (Snee [Chm.], Phillips, Severt)
- Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the TREX application of Aldi Inc. Ohio for C-1 and C-2 permits for the store to be located at 50 Troy Town Drive, Troy, Ohio.
Community Partnerships Committee (Rozell [Chm.], Schilling, Severt)
- Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the 2023 Troy Strawberry Festival – agreement, Notwithstanding Legislation, activate a portion of the DORA Temporary Activation Boundary. Consideration of emergency legislation is requested so that the temporary liquor permit can be submitted.
Community & Economic Development Committee (Schilling [Chm.], Pierce, Snee)
- Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the recommendation of the Troy Planning Commission that a small area of right-of-way be vacated at West Main Street and Stanfield Road.
Recreation & Parks Committee (Whidden [Chm.], Rozell, Schilling)
- Provide a recommendation to Council regarding consideration of authorizing the Community Improvement Corporation of Troy, Ohio to act on behalf of the City to execute a Building Lease and Ground Lease with Busted Brick Realty Group, Inc. related to the construction of public restrooms, and to further authorize the transfer of $150,050 to the Community Improvement Corporation of Troy, Ohio, for funding related to the construction of the public restrooms. Consideration of emergency legislation is requested so that documents can be executed and the project commence, subject to the CIC being agreeable to the arrangements.
