Public Hearing Regarding Zoning Changes

On Monday, April 19, 2021, at  7:00 p.m. at the Bravo Room, Hobart Arena, 255 Adams Street,  the Troy City Council will hold  public hearings on applications to rezone the following annexed parcels to a City zoning classification:

 

  1. Parcel No. D08-106896, Inlot 11357, located along Lytle Road, from City-administered County zoning to the City zoning of R-5, Single-Family Residential District.  Owner is First Troy Corp LLC; the applicant is the City of Troy on behalf of the property owner.
  2. Parcel D08-106898, Inlot 11364, at 1103 Washington Road, from City-administered County zoning to the City zoning of R-4, Single-Family Residential District.   Owner is Gregory Heilers; the applicant is the City of Troy on behalf of the property owner.
  3. Parcel D08-106650, Inlot 10899, at 2900 McKaig Road, from City-administered County zoning to the City zoning of R-3-B, Single-Family Residential District.  Owner is Craig L. Dubose; the applicant is the City of Troy on behalf of the property owner.
  4. Parcels D08-106904 and D08-106906, Inlots 11365 and 11366, located at 2765 McKaig Road, from City-administered County zoning, to the City zoning of R-4, Single-Family Residential District.  Owner is  Linda F. Rocco; the applicant is the City of Troy on behalf of the property owner.
  5. Parcel D08-250735, Inlot 11367, located at 2811 SR 718, from City-administered County zoning to the  City zoning of R-4, Single-Family Residential District.  Owner is the Troy City School Board of Education; the applicant is the City of Troy on behalf of the property owner.
  6. Parcel K31-250010, a parcel of 2.45 acres located  at 554 Staunton Road, from City-administered County zoning to the City zoning of WO Wellhead Operation District.  Owner/applicant is the City of Troy, Ohio
  7. Parcels K30-042400 and K30-042407, an area of approximately 83 acres, located off Troy-Urbana Road, from City-administered County zoning to the City zoning of R-3-B, Single-Family Residential District.  Owner is Liberty Lot Sales LLC; the applicant is the City of Troy on behalf of the property owner.

 

The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that the proposed rezoning applications be approved by Troy City Council
