Public Hearing on Proposed Zoning Change

On Monday, November 20, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall (100 S. Market Street) the Troy City Council will hold a public hearing on the General Plan of the Somerset Reserve Subdivision Planned Development  application for  a 58.093 acre portion  of the property known as the Isern-Huegel Annexation from the County zoning of A-2, General Agriculture, to a Planned Development- Residential (PD-R).  This property is part of Inlot 11550, located on West Market Street, west of Nashville Road, with an address of 3054 West SR 55.  The property owners are Ann Huegel and Charles Isern; the applicant is DDC Management, LLC.

The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that the proposed planned development zoning be approved.
