Portions of the Great Miami River Recreational Trail running through the Troy city limits are getting a facelift! Thanks to funding from the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission, the trail will be repaved from Lytle Road to Miami Shores Golf Course along with a few smaller sections.
Paving is expected to start sometime in the next few weeks. The trail will be split into segments for paving. Closed portions of the trail will be posted as the work begins. Each segment is anticipated to take 3-5 days, weather permitting.
For the portion of trail from Adams Street to Miami Shores Golf Course, following the City’s high water bypass route will connect you back to the trail on Dye Mill Road. To view a map of the route, please click here: http://tinyurl.com/y5au5sbw
