Notice is hereby given that on February 9, 2021, the Council of the City of Troy, Ohio received an application to establish a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Section 4301.82. The Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area Application is on file with the Clerk of Council and is available for viewing Monday – Friday (excepting holidays) between the hours of 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. at City Hall, 100 S. Market Street, Second Floor, Troy, Ohio.

On Monday, February 22, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., a Council committee meeting will be held to receive public comments regarding the DORA application and to provide a recommendation to City Council. This committee meeting will be held at the Bravo Room, Hobart Arena, 255 N. Adams Street, Troy, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public, subject to occupancy limits. Current COVID protocols will be followed. Interested persons are invited to attend and participate.
