Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City Hall, Troy, Ohio, until 12 o’clock, noon on Thursday, July 7, 2022 for an equipment storage structure for the Miami Shores Golf Course, in accordance with the specifications now on file in the office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City Hall, 100 S. Market Street, Troy, Ohio, 45373.   

Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Miami County and the City of Troy, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations.

A bid guaranty as follows is required to accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into:

• A bid bond in the amount of 100% payable to the City of Troy, or
• A certified check, a cashier's check, Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% payable to the City of Troy, Ohio

The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best bid in its opinion.  The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA.
