Troy's updated Unified Development Code, which is currently under development, will encompass major revisions to City's Zoning Code, Subdivision Regulations, the Sign Code, and the Fence Code and incorporate them into a single document. The new Unified Development Code (UDC) designed to make zoning rules simpler to understand, easier to administer, and better aligned with the City's long-term growth plans.
Upcoming Public Input Opportunities
The draft UDC was recommended by Planning Commission and is now moving through the public review process before approval by City Council.
