Special trash collection will take place on your normal trash day. This service is for the collection of items resulting from normal, routine replacement of household items, such as:
- Appliances, such as ovens, dishwashers, water heaters, vacuum cleaners
- Carpeting and rugs (please cut carpet to 4-foot lengths and tie)
- Furniture, mattresses, box-springs
- Lawn care items, outdoor play equipment
We cannot take the following items as special trash:
- Any item containing freon
- Anything placed in boxes or bags
- Brush
- Cardboard
- Construction materials
- Paper
- Trash Containers
- Wood

Place your special trash items at the same location as your weekly trash, but separate the items for ease of pickup. Please note that this collection is not intended for the pickup of an entire household of furniture and appliances, move outs, and/or evictions.
