The Human Resources Office provides for a full line of human resource services to the 13 departments of the City of Troy, as well as to the more than 220 employees of the City. The office accepts all the Troy civil service applications for employment.
The office performs final processing of all personnel actions following hiring, including insurance questions and maintenance of the personnel records, and directly assist the administration on items involving the Public Employees Risk Reduction Act (safety matters).
