Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan

The Parks and Recreation Master Plan, updated in 2026, serves as a long-term guiding document for creating and maintaining park space throughout the city. Consultants worked closely with Troy's Development Department, Park Superintendent, and Recreation staff to identify needs for green space, recreational programs, playground equipment, athletic spaces, and more. The process collected feedback through a stakeholders' group, public meetings and engagement events, and a public survey that garnered over 860 responses.
