   1. Reaffirmation of Joint Resolution with the Recreation Board to no longer meet in joint sessions, except in special circumstances
   2. Recommendation to Council that the Director of Public Service and Safety be authorized to advertise for bids and enter into a contract for the improvements to the Troy Senior Citizens Center at a total cost and not to exceed $213,382 and to execute any documents that may be related to a grant reallocation.
