FROM M-2, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO
B-1, LOCAL RETAIL DISTRICT
On Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 S. Market Street, Troy City Council will hold a public hearing on an application to rezone an undeveloped parcel of 2.484 acres located on S. Dorset Road at Arthur Drive from M-2, Light Industrial District, to B-1, Local Retail District. This parcel is Inlot 7392, Parcel No. D08-099763.
The property owner is Greenville Federal, and the applicant is PW Campbell.
The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that the proposed rezoning application be approved by Troy City Council.
