The City of Troy thanks the organizers of the annual Memorial Day observance at Riverside Cemetery. The annual ceremony will be held at the Veterans Memorial Park of Riverside Cemetery on Monday, May 27th at 11:00 AM. Questions should be directed to Kevin Kirsch, Troy American Legion Post 43, at kjkirsch@aol.com.
