To better serve residents and improve accessibility to the public, beginning on June 2, 2025, Troy City Hall will generally be open to the public during the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Closed Saturday and Sunday
Mayor Robin Oda commented, "The change will provide additional access for residents and property owners inquiring about or paying for utilities, income taxes, or permits by opening the building on days the public use the building the most. This is a very positive change for residents.”
